This project was delivered under a Design and Construct methodology, integrating a base build infrastructure upgrade within a fit-out brief.
The main challenges included the base build modifications of a structural layout not suited to the open plan and industrial design intent.
With an accelerated construction program the Conslt team provided solutions-based considerations such as new slab infills and structural steel framework in order to provide the foundation needed to construct the built form elements of the project.
This project won a Silver Melbourne Design Award in 2020.
