In what has been difficult times with time frames, building permits and FRV requirements together with extensive planning changes mid-way through.
The building permits consists of 3 stages and the multi-storey building has a lift to reach what is made up of 3 office floor plates along with educational rooms. Services Authority upgrades due to the much smaller previous footprint comprised of new fire booster, storm water Reticulation and Substantial Electrical Switchboard Upgrades are the unseen improvements which takes this location into the future.
This project highlights Conslt’s ability to perform difficult design challenges particularly with regards to our in-house services and façade teams who collaborated to make the design intent meet the relevant BCA requirements.
