Housed within the heritage listed CUB building in Carlton this Tenancy Fitout was completed under an ECI procurement model with the support of our client who was also the Lead Consultant.
The main challenges included the base build modifications of a nonexistent services layout and the unique floor structure of a Steel Plate not suited to traditional floor requirements.
This project delivered a fantastic outcome and highlights the ability to partner with industry colleagues for the common goal of creating a consultant workspace through early contractor engagement.
