Delivered under a Guaranteed Maximum Price approach this outstanding retail office space combined high-end finishes with a recently completed multi-storey mixed use base build. Conslt provided significant services infrastructure upgrades to integrate the office space with that of an existing retail build form.

The main challenges included the feature ceiling and wall partition co-ordination to allow the fixed services to meet the strict tolerances of the proposed locations.  Large format stone tiles and walnut timber feature accents highlighted this unique space for the location.

Solutions-based considerations together with our in-house partitioning expertise brought reality to this impressive design.
